1.Overview
This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for the Reney Service. It replaces any earlier per-job refund policy.
2.Free Trial
We offer a free trial of a limited number of interviews. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan, the trial simply ends and you will not be billed.
3.Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance each billing cycle (monthly unless stated otherwise).
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Interviews used beyond your included amount are billed as overage at your plan's rate.
4.Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us at hi@reney.ai.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to your plan until then.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee.
5.Refunds
- Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing cycles and unused interviews, except where required by law.
- Overage charges already incurred are non-refundable.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review the charge in good faith.
- Any discretionary refund we choose to grant does not waive this policy for future charges.
6.Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may suspend the Service until payment is resolved. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation.
7.Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, your access ends at the end of the paid period. Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and you may request export or deletion of your data subject to that Policy.
8.Changes to Plans and Pricing
We may change plans, features, or pricing. Material changes to your plan or price will be communicated in advance and take effect from your next billing cycle.
